Beatrice Baio
Consultant
She graduated in Linguistic Sciences and Foreign Languages in 2024 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, and then completed a master’s in Corporate Communication and Branding at the same university. During her academic journey, she developed a solid background in corporate communication and marketing, with a specific focus on media planning, branding strategies, and influencer marketing. Her training was enriched by specialist workshops led by industry professionals, including rebranding labs. Passionate about fashion and volleyball, she combines creativity and teamwork in her professional approach—qualities that also characterize her handling of communication projects. In 2025 she began her professional journey at Outcome, focusing on Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing, where she supports the development and implementation of digital strategies oriented to brand growth and community engagement online.
Viviana Blasa
Senior Advisor - Offline Media and Product Development
With over 20 years in the communication sector, she began as a media planner at OMD and later worked at Zenith Optimedia and Media Italia, managing offline media communications for clients in TLC, appliances, food, and pharmaceuticals. From 2006 within WPP, as Media Manager she worked across different markets (Finance, Personal Care, Home Care, etc.), coordinating work teams and serving as account lead. Over time she expanded her competencies by joining Research & Analysis projects and participating in numerous media pitches. Most recently, she was involved in creating and developing proprietary data analysis software within media agencies. Since January 2021 she has been part of Outcome, contributing to auditing, strategic planning, and benchmark analysis projects.
Marco Borsatti
Head of Offline Media
He has over 20 years of experience in communication, predominantly with major international groups. He started his career at Cia Medianetwork (WPP Group) as media planner, working with major players of the new economy. He then joined Zenith Optimedia (Publicis Group) as Media Director, and later moved to Essence MediaCom (WPP Group) as Client Lead, where he spent the last decade. During his professional journey, he has held accounting responsibilities across local and international clients. He joined Outcome in June 2023.
Marco De Paoli
Managing Partner COO
He holds a degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Bologna and has 20 years of media experience. He began his career as a Strategic Planner at CiaMediaNetwork, then served as Strategic & Econometric Lead at OMD before becoming Business Unit Director at MediaCom. Throughout his career he has worked across all industry sectors (especially FMCG, pharmaceuticals, finance), with a special emphasis on results and measurement. Since 2013, he has taught at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan (in the Master of Corporate Communication). He joined Outcome in October 2019, bringing his omnichannel media management skills to both Italian and international companies, with a keen focus on business outcomes.
Simone Memè
Advisor - Digital and Research and Semiotics
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, delving into consumer psychology and purchasing behaviors, at the University of Milano-Bicocca. He then specialized in Theory and Technology of Communication at the same university with a focus on User Experience and Digital Marketing. Since 2020 he has collaborated with Outcome, handling semiotic analysis, visual and auditory communication studies, market research, influencer marketing, and digital consulting.
Massimo Pinca
Commercial Director
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna. He began his professional journey as a researcher at Nomisma, focusing on M&A. In 1988 he joined Publitalia, gradually assuming greater responsibilities until taking charge of the commercial direction for the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany areas. Over the years he extended his expertise from TV media to radio, print, and digital. In 2015 he embarked on an entrepreneurial venture by launching a Mediaset, Digitalia, and Mondadori agency with over 20 collaborators, which concluded at the end of 2018. In January 2019 he began collaborating with Outcome, applying his account management experience in the media communication market over all these years.
Attilio Redivo
Managing Partner CEO
With over 25 years of experience in communication, he began as a media planner at Y&R and later assumed responsibilities in research, marketing, and strategy at agencies like Carat (1991–2001). From 2001 to 2005 he worked at OMD as International & Marketing Managing Director, then in 2005–2006 at Maxus as General Manager of the Telecom business unit. In January 2007, he became CEO of MediaCom. In 2014 he started working with Alkemy as a digital enabler to develop and manage the media & performance unit. In 2016 he became a partner in Outcome Consulting to support its growth. He currently teaches “Economics and Advertising Techniques” and “Media Economics” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and “Web Marketing” at the University of Milano-Bicocca.
Matteo Ricci
Advisor - Digital and AI and Data Expert
During his degree in Business and Corporate Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, he delved into marketing and corporate communication topics. After an experience as a music creative in the record industry, in 2023 he began collaborating with Outcome Consulting, dedicating himself to studying and applying artificial intelligence in communication processes, developing data analysis models, media auditing, plan evaluation and reporting, along with strategic consulting in the digital and media domain.
Camilla Rota
Senior Advisor - Cross Media
She brings over 20 years of experience in the communication sector from international media networks (Mec, Initiative, OMD, MediaCom), of which the last 10 years she worked as Communication Manager. Her roles included team management, planning accounting for companies across various sectors, defining buying platforms, strategy, coordination with international hubs, and training of juniors. She joined Outcome in February 2019 as a consultant to support clients across all phases of communication, from strategy to execution to measurement of results.
Elena Saltarelli
Deputy Head of Digital
She graduated summa cum laude in Global Marketing from the University of Milano-Bicocca, developing a thesis on cookie deprecation by creating a unique theoretical framework and analyzing a practical case of first-party data internalization. During her studies, she contributed to entrepreneurial startups and began collaborating with Attilio Redivo (CEO and Founder of Outcome), deepening her understanding of Media Reinvention. From 2020 she joined Outcome in the digital department and grew within the team to her current role as Deputy Head of Digital. She primarily handles strategy, acts as account manager for Italian and international clients, and oversees advanced training in various digital marketing domains.
Beatrice Torre
CMO and Head of Digital
She graduated with honors in Languages and subsequently in Corporate Communication at the Università del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She has gained extensive experience in the digital department of ZenithMedia (Publicis Groupe), working with Italian and multinational clients with a particular focus on performance. Her passion for digital and its strategic role in communication led her to join Outcome in 2017, deepening her experience in managing 360° digital communication and integrating media agency expertise into broader corporate communication contexts. Today she serves as CMO and Head of Digital at Outcome, leading marketing and digital communication strategies with an open, spontaneous, and communicative approach that enhances ideas and talent within the team.
Francesca Uberti
Digital Advisor - Media Auditing and Accountability
She earned a degree in Linguistic Sciences and later another in Linguistic Sciences for International Management, both from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, graduating with top grades. During her academic journey, she explored topics in Corporate Communication and Digital Marketing, with a particular focus on influencer marketing, an area where she has conducted several studies. She has collaborated with Outcome since 2022 in the digital division, focusing on strategic consulting and media auditing. She now holds the role of Digital Advisor, assisting clients in developing communication strategies and evaluating performance to support strategic decisions.
Giulia Zauli
Advisor - Cross Media
She graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Bergamo and enriched her academic path with an international year at the Université Grenoble Alpes in France, where she explored local media and marketing in French. During her university years she developed competencies in corporate and organizational communication. She later expanded her formation in digital communication and social media marketing with a Master’s at IULM University. Since 2022 she has collaborated with Outcome, initially in Influencer Marketing and Media Auditing. Today she serves as Cross Media Advisor, working on integrated communication strategies across digital and traditional channels.
